Learning Outcomes
To achieve customer satisfaction, the team must build an efficient production line and quality control system. Not only do participants gain insight into customer service issues, but the manufactured toys also impact the real end customers, children in need. Participants feel a sense of togetherness by working together towards a common social goal. Whether it’s a breakout session at a conference or a corporate workplace, Toy Factory is a flexible approach to team building that maintains the community’s conscience.
