Experiential Training

What is experiential training?

What is the benefit for your company?

How do we go about designing a WOW experiential training event for you?

“Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience and more specifically defined as learning through reflection on doing….” ~ Wikipedia

The whole process is well explained using the Kolb’s Cycle diagrammatically presented below and made simpler by the corresponding cycle by Andrea Corney.

Learn, Play, Laugh

Let’s be honest with ourselves. In this day and age, it is hard to get managers and senior executives to spend a couple of hours, let alone a day or two, in a classroom type of training. Engagement might be poor and so will, the retention and the use of learning.

Experiential learning solutions to enrich traditional classroom training or to design exclusively activity-based programs, is the answer to improve your investment in training. We at interFRONTIERS interKNOWLEDGE can make the difference. With a wide range of activities, games, exercises and business simulation adventures we design high-impact training programs and corporate events where your leaders and associates Play, Laugh but most importantly Learn, just as you wish them to.

In designing with you the ideal tailor- made Experiential Training solution we would take into account, the developmental objectives you will have defined, the number of participants and the profile of the group, the venue which will host the event and the time available. What follows is a brief introduction of all the activities we have available for you:
