We do not just take training programs “off the shelf” and deliver them in class. We use a thorough customization process which ensures that each learning solution is developed and useful for each and every customer. The process includes in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, focus group discussions with participants, and if needed, pre-workshop diagnostic studies/measurements. By the end of the process we have a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business and the challenges faced.
Research clearly demonstrates that a single training event has limited effectiveness and the ROI is limited. Retention and usage of learning is maximized if the learning process is extended and comprises of a variety of tools. We design Learning Journeys which start before the actual workshop, to ensure participants readiness and positive anticipation and extend after the workshop to achieve maximum retention and use of the learning in the actual work place.
Whereas in- class, face to face facilitation remains an important methodology, this day and age it cannot possibly address all developmental needs. We use Webinars, eLearning, 1:1 Coaching and Experiential Training to complement and enrich in-class facilitation or on occasions, replace it completely.
